| Abstract: | The oral talk will show the current situation and comparison of elementary school math education in China and US. I will focus on the differences and similarities in two different math education system by collecting data and information on the history of elementary school math education, the materials they are using for math study, teaching methods to inspire studentsÂ’ interests in math. At the same time, I will show the importance of math education that affects studentsÂ’ life. And finally, I will talk about the pros and cons of two different math education system and effects on studentsÂ’ math ability. |
