Real Estate Master III Investor Plus

    The Investor Plus premiered at a trade show in late 1993.  Read a 1994 product announcement here.  It's designed to facilitate rapid financial analysis and is able to perform date arithmetic as well as cash flow and depreciation calculations.  A sister calculator, the Pocket Appraiser, swaps out the trust deed keys (row 3) for three keys dedicated to appraisal functions.
